Quiche

queesh is like a pie
you can have it hot or cold
it is very nice

I'm surprised I knew that quiche started with Q rather than K, even if I didn't get the spelling right otherwise. Again, I think I deserved credit for knowing what quiche was and that it started with Q. Dammit.
